Ideal Tool for Remote Screen Sharing And Collaboration

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Mikogo software simply delivers and works as advertised. We once used Skype when we need to have video conferences but it simply doesn't have that screen sharing function that we needed. Mikogo does and it really allowed us to maximize our time and efforts. It also comes with a handy pointer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have recently started using it so I have not experienced any issue so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Mikogo to share screens especially when do demos, collaboration, and debugging. This is quite useful since our teams is composed of remote employees.
