What are the best aspects of this product?
Like all screen sharing applications - Mikogo allows a user to share their screen with a client download and a few clicks. It's ok for simple one way presentations for a few people.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I found Mikogo to be very buggy with screen freezes and slowness. The move people you have on the session the more severe the problems become. Customer service was weak - non existent with the free version and poor with the paid version.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They need to do a lot of work to improve their technology - several years ago it worked well - it seem like they stopped doing any serious updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
If you want a simple presentation tool for one on one or a presentations to a few viewers it's an OK app. Use the free version.
