What are the best aspects of this product?
The setup was very quick and I am able to connect to my clients in an instant. The best part is that I can ask my clients to connect to my system and the process is not very difficult. No one of them had any trouble with the process. I have heard that new features were rolled out recently. Can't wait to try them out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have any complaints or dislike. I just wanted to get my hands on the new features and see how they can impact my business. Would also be great if they inform me of these new applications as well as the date of their releases.

I used Mikogo mainly for communication with my customers. I can easily connect with them anytime, anywhere without having to go through a long waiting time.
