What are the best aspects of this product?
As my business operates in the virtual world, it is imperative that I have a software that enables me to initiate and host online conferences with my team, partners, and clients. Talking over the phone is just cumbersome and difficult. With Mikogo, I am able to talk to my clients and discuss with them key issues, tax returns, proposals, etc.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is now downside whatsoever. I love it now that I can record our conferences for documentation.
