What are the best aspects of this product?

Once you learn it how it works you can navigate it easily. You can easily accomplish daily tasks and to be more organized. I like that lot of things are automated and because of this we are able to reduce lot of errors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To speak the truth, MBO is not easy to learn, but the good thing is that as soon as you figure out how it works you’ll see that it is easy to use and easy to navigate. It is large software, and even though I used it with several fitness studios I still cannot use this software to its fullest.

It helps us to set up automated client retention emails. It is customizable solution that helps us to keep our clients engaged.
