What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing, it has always been a poor product, we should have started with something else.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their payment processing system marked nearly $3,000 of transactions in 2019 as 'Settled', even though the transactions were actually voided and were never paid. We made them aware of this issue in Jan 2019 and still haven't been able to fix this problem (Feb 2020). If you don't like receiving the money you work hard for, Mindbody is for you. Most incompetent company I've ever seen. Their priority is volume, not in quality anymore. Their support staff acknowledges there's a problem, but cannot fix it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I don't care to see newer versions, they are already 20 years behind.

Scheduling, that is literally the only thing.
