What are the best aspects of this product?
The functionality of their site as well as their Express, Connect, and Check-in apps are pretty cool. Connect does it job in getting our clients to book class appointments. I can utilize Express even if Wi-Fi is absent or if I'm away from my desktop PC. Check-in helped us go paperless!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be an improvement if the Check-in app would do more than just peek at what'll happen in the next few hours. There will be times when clients would want a birds eye view of their classes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
While further improvements are needed to make this app a must-have for everyone, they do a decent job when it comes to reporting incoming/prospect clients, class capacity, and sales.
