What are the best aspects of this product?

The settings are super easy to configure. I can edit the design elements so that it fits my personal and business branding. So far, this tool serves my needs perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version is quite limited because it only offers up to three visual maps. The upside to this, however, is that the paid version is quite affordable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can think and map out my ideas better.
