I love how this tool encourages participation between me and my coworkers. Through it, we can easily exchange ideas and implement them promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not so much a "con" as a challenge at the start. See, it took me a while to fully grasp the design factors in this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to map out all of our ideas in the team. Each one pitches their idea and we create a cohesive visual map to tie it all together. It's very helpful in planning and implementing projects.
