Mediocre product with poor support

What are the best aspects of this product?

For creating mind maps, Mind Meister is extremely easy to use. Its the kind of product that after using for the first time you start looking for ways to continue using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The biggest issue I ran into is when I had to contact customer support. I was absolutely astounded to find that a company that doesn't have the basic respect for their customers is still in business. In fact, it was how I was treated by customer support that led me to cancel my multi-year subscription.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great to see the presentation mode improved. That was one thing I always had to apologize about if I was using MindMeister to do a presentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MindMeister's mind maps became a project planning companion, which was something that I didn't immediately expect when we originally procured MindMeister, but it worked for us.
