What are the best aspects of this product?

I've only recently stumbled upon MindMeister and I am loving it so far! First of all, I love that it's free and I don't have to download anything just to use it. Plus, it lets me drill down on the topics that I want to explore and build my projects from. This is definitely an upgrade from the mind maps that I used to create through MS office tools in the past.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Features-wise, I have no complaints. However, if you plan on using MindMeister, be sure to allocate some time to fully understand its capabilities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mental maps have always been my go-to tool for pitching ideas at work. Now, with MindMeister, I can present my ideas in a more aesthetically appealing manner. I can be as creative as I want to be, while still making sure that my ideas are properly digested and understood by my audience.
