What are the best aspects of this product?

I design and develop chatbots for a living, and MindMeister is an indispensable tool in my trade. I use it to visually represent dialogues and pitch them to my clients. This way, they can have a solid idea of how their customers might receive their communication. Everything just flows so easily when I work in this tool. What's even impressive is that they keep a record of all of the versions of my work too so I can backtrack whenever I get stuck.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, everything works perfectly fine for me. Just one thing though: I wish they'd allow us to run our bots right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this tool when I'm pitching my ideas to my clients. I love how it gives my vision the visual appeal. My clients, on the other hand, can have a more solid idea on how the Chatbot is supposed to work.
