A capable and customizable solution out of the box

What are the best aspects of this product?

Miva is a highly customizable product. But the software itself out of the box is a pretty capable solution in itself with its built-in templates. Their design team is fantastic too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The recent price hike last year was very steep. I know the industry has admittedly changed, but the sudden change in pricing was shocking.But I can take comfort in the fact that they are constantly improving the software, which is a good thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The product integrates very well out of the box with various other software that I run. I get to do work without having to be bugged down by compatibility issues.
