A powerful software with features far outweigh the cost

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the cost of Miva does not eat into our margins. Also, I like how Miva as a platform has grown and evolved over the years becoming a better software than we imagined. The performance and community of Miva users is very responsive and collaborative to help us when we need assistance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No major complaints on the software. The updates take longer than expected sometimes, but that is common in the IT industry. And when they release a new build of the software, it is always well documented, supported, and painless to upgrade.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us solve the problems we used to have in importing products, exporting feeds, and capturing sales. I have come to realize that its features far outweighs the cost of the software. It has become a reliable tool in our business
