When compared with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, osCommerce and BigCommerce, Miva has come on top as the best. The customer support is unmatched as they respond and provide help whether you send them an email or call them. They never disappoint.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Miva is a great ecommerce tool. However, it requires improvements in some of the areas. For example the abandoned cart feature is not built-in which forces you to seek elsewhere for such features. Also, their store analytics are not intuitive which makes real-time reporting a headache and thus time consuming. For the community of developers Miva has, they can be more efficient and knowledge in their field to help users of the product in customization and development where the tool is unable to offer such services.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The slow loading of pages for my ecommerce business is solved. I can now depend on Miva to manage and run traffic on my site. This is due to their robust server setup. When you compare with other platforms, it invites a user friendly experience and helps you to perform tasks in a timely manner and with speeds.
