What are the best aspects of this product?

Miva is stable, efficient and priced right within our budget. But what I like best about MIVA is their excellent customer support. Every agent I have worked with made sure to help me as best as they can. This level of customer service is rare in today's marketplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just hope the pricing stays fair and reasonable, especially for small shops such as mine. The developer fee is a little over my budget. I was also hoping to have 'tabs' added to my product pages but the cost was too high.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its ready theme upgrade has really helped us to stay competitive with the ability to reach mobile and tablet users. Its built-in coupons and other features means we do not have to spend additional money on 3rd party modules anymore. It saves us time and money.
