The price is right for a product that offers so much. We have been able to use features that are not available on other platforms. The customer support is flawless as you can learn from them how to use the product and navigate around the features for your benefit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even though the learning resources are in plenty, I have no time to learn those things. With the tutorials and materials to help me understand better the features of the tool, it takes a lot of time to learn. However, it pays out in the end once you get the hang of things as you do not have to hire extra manpower to help you manage your site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to launch my website in 6 weeks as compared to 1.5 years when I used Magento. The latter was not only expensive but difficult to use as you needed an expert to take you through the entire process. With Miva, it is cost-friendly and you can launch you site in weeks, if you have other projects to manage, without much help. Otherwise, if it is the only thing you have on your plate, you can even conclude this in about a week.
