Fast, stable, and just works as an e-commerce software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Miva is fast, stable, and just works. Most important to me though is its flexibility in terms of design and functionality, letting you have complete control over how you want to design your site or get up and running quickly with their templates. It's the only platform that was able to meet all the needs of our B2B website and the only one that can integrate with our enterprise backend system. Their pricing was reasonable and their programming, project management and deployment was flawless.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not much to dislike really. However, I'd like to see them get more aggressive into incorporating more features only found in 3rd party software. That way, we can save resources and not have to rely on 3rd party modules anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through the software, we were able to tackle complicated requirements needed in our operations. It helped us address multiple pricing levels, multi-warehouse inventory management, bulk order fulfillment, controlled access to content, and integration with an enterprise business system.
