What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer service support is the best as they are not only responsive but helpful for whatever issue you are going through. Since we started using this tool, it has never crashed or gone down. Customization is key and Miva addresses this in the best way. You can customize your site the way you want it to look and that is what makes this product unique. If you have no idea of how to customize based on what you want, they have ready templates for you to choose from. It has been able to satisfy our B2B site and integrates well with our systems. Everything from deployment to functionality of the software is top-notch.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although they have upgraded the software in the past and managed to add some features that help improve its function, there is still more to be done. Users of the tool are still depending on the third party modules and it would be great if the developers of the product built-in some of those features which are missing.

We have a B2B website and thus we are faced with challenges of inventory management, different price levels, integration, access to the content, and bulk ordering. All these challenges have been addressed by Miva making it easy for us to concentrate on our core skills and thus increase our productivity.
