What are the best aspects of this product?

It is reliable, stable and provides value for money for our business. The customer support is top-notch. With more than 12 years of using the product, the support I have received on how to use the product from the Miva team has been exceptional. Be it to configure or install the tool, they have answered my call all the time and provided the help I wanted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price might be right, but it is not stable for small online shops like our business. I find the developer price to be too high for my business. It is thus costly to add new features in our business and thus it would be better if they have customized price ranges based on the size of the business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to lure our mobile customers as the tool is mobile friendly. This has become a big win for us as we can sell to customers who use mobile devices to shop online. Apart from that, the coupons are built-in, which saves the cost of producing or making those coupons from a third party.
