What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Miva's import/export feature, which helped us improve our overall efficiency when managing categories and products. The Admin dashboard is also very easy to navigate, allowing for us to move very quickly and market the website very effectively. The interface is very user intuitive which helps us get up and running very quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, if the client is working with a lot of SKUs, there are some limits in place. There are also some basic features that could be added to make running of the site much easier. Content Management with scheduling would be very helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped make our processes more efficient. This allows for more strategic planning to achieve our goals. It also gives us more freedom to do the work we need to do which is to drive sales.
