What are the best aspects of this product?

Miva's suppport team has consistently been responsive and effective. There has been no downtime ever when using Miva as a hosting company. Also, its merchant software continues to grow and offer wonderful features such as Digital Downloads, which has been a tremendous advantage for my small business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike with the service. No matter what type or level of coomplexity of an issue I faced, Miva has proven itself over and over again to be very reliable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us configure custom email invoices that we need. And with Digital Downloads, I was able to discontinue two other services that were supporting this needed feature. Also, I was able to add Amazon payments which has been beneficial for my business.
