What are the best aspects of this product?

Miva's limitless customization is the best. This has been an enormous benefit to us since we sell perishable products with a very specific and nuanced shipping schedule. We've been able to integrate it seamlessly with our fulfillment center for 100% automation of order fulfillment, as well as services for our email marketing program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting tools and functions are not very intuitive or easy to use, especially for managers who want data quickly to be able to make decisions. We've either had to have custom reports built or spend a tremendous amount of time creating and organizing data in spreadsheets to get info that should take minutes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to the software, we've been able to promote and bring a product to market successfully. It also took care of shipping and fulfillment matters for our product. We can't imagine how our product would fare without it.
