Simple to use software with a support team that works with its customers

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that you can create any website with Miva, even with simple HTML and CSS knowledge. The software already includes a cutting edge mobile user interface for free, so businesses can create their own mobile-friendly sites right away. They have in depth tutorials and a dedicated support personnel ready to answer most of your questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did not like the drastic price increase. However, I was able to get a middle ground, thanks to Miva's CEO who was open to such arrangements. Other than that, I'm disappointed there's no built in cart abandonment feature as other solutions available have been lame.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to worry about shopping around and trying to find a better product. It has addressed our needs as a business quite well. Most importantly, it has a customer service that is willing to work with their customers to address their concerns.
