It is mobile friendly which means you can run your business on the move. They have great customer support tools including online tutorials that answer most of the questions on how to use the many features that come with the tool. Over the years the developers of the tool have upgraded its features to help improve on its functionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although they increased the price of the product not so long ago, I was able to reach a consensus with the management and my price issue was settled. I believe that the tool should have a cart abandonment feature built-in. It would help me to run my online business with the utmost efficiency.
