What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers a great platform on which you can keep track of the behaviors of your visitors to your website. This is made possible through tracking of the events or activities that take place. You are able to know exactly what a section of users did on your website. This way, you can target leads based on what they are looking for and thus tailored marketing strategy. Where visitors are no longer engaging in activities they were engaging before, you can find ways to ring them back.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They only have email as a way to reach the customer support. Although the email response is fast, it would be better if I could get a live chat or even a phone call. Getting reports of analysis data on which devices were used to access our app the most is not easy. So is when you want to get data on devices that least accessed our app. This could also be made easier.

We can now send targeted texts or notification to visitors, based on their activities on our app. This helps our users to get the maximum out of our app. We can provide them with information they need without them asking. The tool allows us to pinpoint who needs what information and send it to them within a short period. It in turn provides our users with the right kind of information.
