It not only tracks users but also activities that those users were involved in your website. This helps you to identify your users with the activities that were involved in your website. For example, what they bought and where they visited. With that information, you can you can add another service and properties to the system such that you send tailored emails to specific visitors or leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The implementation process of the tool is complex and not intuitive. The setup is not well thought out for beginner or for a first time user of Mixpanel. It would be better if it was a stepwise process such that you implement one strategy at a time. Also, it does not offer a solution on how you can interact or build relationships through in-page texts.

In short, we can understand what they want or are looking for and provide just that to satisfy their needs. This leads to customer retention and loyalty.
