PROS: I would say development and customer care. As they didn't try to push as many features as possible in one version and they always proposed with alternative variants for such points as: - Payment methods; - Analytics; - Custom Server side. That's why I need to say not "development" but product launch, as this is more than just "save money" it is a wise direction of own investments.
CONS: Lack of team members. Sometimes the team is short of developers or marketers to support a product.
