Launched a fitness app with them

What are the best aspects of this product?

I would say development and customer care. As they didn't try to push as many features as possible in one version and they always proposed with alternative variants for such points as:
- Payment methods;
- Analytics;
- Custom Server side.
That's why I need to say not "development" but product launch, as this is more than just "save money" it is a wise direction of own investments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Lack of team members. Sometimes the team is short of developers or marketers to support a product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would say, more network possibilities. For instance, they can contact you with some Venture Capitalists but they may not be interested in the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

1) Full app development;
2) Marketing support;
3) Business Development.
