What are the best aspects of this product?

As perfectionist I like to have clear picture of who’s doing what, status of the process and everyone’s progress around the process.We have to manage multiple teams with various client projects at once. Monday.com simplifies the processes and it can be learn by everyone. We can easily add new projects and project tasks and through chat feature we can interact with each other at any time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could simplify the option of adding more nuanced sub-project tasks and I’d like to see an option where I can easily print out the overview and send it as status update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve coordination and project management across the department. This is simple solution that allows you to keep track of project’s progress.
