What are the best aspects of this product?

Its UI is well-designed, simple and intuitive. The system is easy to understand and it’s straightforward but this doesn’t mean that you cannot streamline complex tasks. You can keep track of each project and everyone’s task and progress.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes some time in order to understand how it works. They could make the option of creating subtasks more simpler. Additionally, it would be great if I cna use it for personal purposes.

We are using this system in our company and it helps us to streamline projects, to set up goals, to assign tasks, to set up dates by using the calendar feature.
