What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this product simplifies our workflow and it allows us to manage workloads, to create custom boards, to set up events, to communicate with each others. I like that it allows me to manage and update everything from one dashboard and I like the ability to create complex boards for specific tasks. And what’s more, I can keep track of who’s working what event, the status of the production and productivity. We can easily assign teammates to tasks and get update of every action. In other words, Monday.com offers big picture of everything your team is doing from one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can take too much time to load if you have lots of data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Benefits I have experienced with Monday.com are: event organization, managing teams, assigning tasks and keeping track of the statuses. There is an option to schedule, exporting to excel, archiving groups. It allows me to keep track of latest activity.
