What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how simple and flexible this product ius. It is easy to understand and everyone in my team started to use it the very next day, they adapt to new challenges without spending lots of time in figuring out how this system works. We really needed tool that was simple to understand and that’s why we choose Monday.com.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The truth is that there are lots of templates available but we couldn’t find the right one for our company. In addition, it would be great if they could improve the dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can keep track of projects, set due dates, control the schedule and tracking everyone’s progress.
