PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Monetate for A/B testing, but we found that it can be used even for targeted content management. We are able to select customers and to provide dynamic triggers based on their actions. This is very beneficial for us. We are able to drop content anywhere or to suppress something without waiting for weeks for our CRM Vendor to work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could make the report in real-time. We really need immediate results when we launch some campaign tests, instead of waiting few weeks to see results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monetate helps us to redesign our shopping cart and to clean up the flow. Without this app it would take weeks to design, test and implement, but, with this app we are able to complete all the work in a few days.
