What are the best aspects of this product?

With Monetate we are able to focus more on what’s important when it comes to testing optimization. The platform is clear and understandable and easy to set up campaigns performance. We are more confident with the statistical significance based on campaign data. We spend more time to find tests opportunities and less time in collecting and questioning data. I have to say that their customer support team is outstanding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish if we could be able to create multiple actions at the same time instead of creating each action individually and at the end to combine all actions into campaign builder.
