What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Monetate as a testing tool and I can say that is really user-friendly, trustworthy and powerful. We are able to test the content and its functionality within 2-4 weeks, we don’t need to wait for months to prioritize and build the testing. Its customer service is wonderful, they are very helpful, knowledgeable and they always offer their help, we can even speak with their managers, we get answers and help in the same day. They are very proactive for testing, suggestions and ideas.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have nothing to dislike about this app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monetate helps us to improve the conversion, to increase the orders and revenue per session by using tests. We were able to reduced unnecessary labor costs by using tests and phasing out some processes.
