What are the best aspects of this product?
The LMS is solid to organize classes, especially if you didn't have one before. That was our rational to buy it, and we were positively surprised by the fact that it stores work and unites resources on a single website. I've used programs with similar storage capability, and I always hoped I'll get an LMS that works that way. It is relatively easy, and good to have for quizzes and grading.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
During one of the courses I organized, Moodle did the mistake of associating my posts with my email address, so I was getting plenty of spam messages without any sense. OK, that was one time only, but it annoyed me. Then, I am not that good at arts, but I really think the team didn't hobnob appearances, I would change the dull presentation palette if I was in charge. What concerns me more is date arrangement, I would like to have quick access to particular courses instead of scrolling to find them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The classic education problems, I'd say. The best thing is that we're all somehow connected, exchanging opinions and good practices. I think it will stay in our school for many years ahead.
