What are the best aspects of this product?

Moxie has our tool for customer service centers and we could not be more than happier. They provide our agents the information they need easily and quickly through the search engine function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The aesthetic part for me is lacking. They could make it more modern-looking.
