Robust controls, but can be a hassle to work on

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the seamless integrations. Plus, it is easy to upload journal entries, invoices and other files without any difficulty.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software can be difficult to use. I understand that it offers robust controls but it is hard to delete an inadvertent entry or to reprint posting journals.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently, we are adding more business units to our company and we are using GP for support. It enables us to customize what we need. Plus, the robust controls are a big help for our internal audit.
