What are the best aspects of this product?
It seems to be written in English, which is the primary language of our employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Someone sold this to our IT department as a better way for employees to turn in their timecards. I don't know if it is intended for this purpose, but if so it is TERRIBLE. It constantly breaks down, is completely opaque to users, and is larded with features that are completely irrelevant (out of 7 major menu items, I can use one; on that menu, out of 19 sub-items, I can use three—it should be four, but I'm currently unable to access one of them, for unknown reasons).
The login alone is a nightmare--mistype your username (not password) once and spend the next hour rebooting and calling IT to be able to get into the system.
We have employees who have gone without a regular paycheck for multiple pay periods due to "software errors". I have been waging battle for a WEEK (ever since the last program "update") to be able to approve the hours of three subordinates, who won't be paid on time this Friday as a result of this error.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I want a different product, that is actually designed for filling out and turning in timecards.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Apparently it might be saving the accountants a few hours a week? Maybe? At the expense of costing hundreds of other employees constant aggravation, lost productivity, and in the worst cases financial insecurity.
