PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it is easy to customize the windows within the user interface. The app offers useful built-in reporting features. I can use the SQL profiler to find out what SQL tables are being used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to learn the SQL table structure. It is hard to develop in the database environment. Plus, the program does not perform up to expectations as it is a bit sluggish.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are adding automation to customize the GP software for our needs. It is a bit hard to learn web services, but you can do it by investing a good amount of time and effort.
