PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Microsoft Dynamics GP works smoothly with the other systems we use. It is simple to run reports and I can simultaneously generate four reports and compile them with thousands of results in a single spreadsheet in a few minutes. This has boosted my efficiency a great deal.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The biggest drawback is the software is sluggish and slow to load. Certain tasks take a long time as the software is so slow. On the bright side, there has been some improvement in this area in the past couple of months and I hope the vendor keeps improving the load and software speed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We receive many phone calls from vendors and clients who ask for unexpected info from us. I now use GP’s reporting features to run reports while on the call with the client and send the info to their email before the call ends.
