What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the best part of the software was the tabs feature and I appreciated having all the data entered being displayed clearly before me. The tabs made sense which was a big help of course.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to invest some time to learn all the features as they are a bit complicated and there are multiple options and menus.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used GP in my previous job and we used it to set prices for the products we were importing from other countries. After I got the hang of using the system I could enter data speedily and accurately, as well as enjoy remote access from anywhere.
