PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Storing documents in segregated folders. Sharing of documents. Reminder notifications for invoices. The part that I like most is its latest update: constantly showcasing overdue invoices whenever each invoice is finished.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its mobile app is simply trash. Whenever I try to access it, I'd be forced to log on to its desktop version. Looking at it from a smartphone is terrible. I also hate the fact that you can no longer accept credit card payments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're moving away from getting sensitive documents e-mailed. We're now uploading and sharing them via MyCase. We can securely send messages through there. I no longer resort to calling my clients just to remind them of their appointments as they set the reminders on the calendar.
