What are the best aspects of this product?

Very simple to operate. Billing is functioning great. Case monitoring is easier. A great product really.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's been a few years now. They keep making promises of getting the platform integrated with DropBox. At the same time, for document management. So far, they haven't done anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like everything that it has to offer. The best part about it is the client contact management. Super simple to utilize. Great billing and invoicing.
