What are the best aspects of this product?
Mycase is super simple in terms of navigation. It enables us to store just about anything we want in the cloud. I get to access docs, schedules, and everything else there. The platform is frequently evolving.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its iPhone app appears to be old. I'm unable to peek into complete names in specific calendar events. There's zero access to the billing part of the app. Invoicing and financials are a bit complex.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've solved a number of issues. Thanks to Mycase, things are simpler now. Document and storage management are excellent. We're now capable of having more than one contact per case as well as multiple cases for each contact.
