What are the best aspects of this product?
My case is easy to navigate tool that helps you to keep track of everything in the cloud. I can easily access documents, schedules from a desktop or via app. What I like is that they constantly improve the software and they are always open for new suggestions that we provide to them. There is easy to use document storage instead of wasting my server space.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They need to update the iPhone app. Full names of specific calendar events cannot be seen and I cannot access the billing portion of MyCase via app. Also, the financials and invoicing can be complicated and it’s not as intuitive as it should be, but once you learn it, it can be easy to use. In addition, adding other employees to some parts can be really difficult and frustrating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software helps us in many ways, such as: document storage and managing of all documentation, calendar events by contact and by case, there is even an option for adding multiple contacts per case and vice versa this is great because we have one client with various cases. We can easily track incoming payments.
