What are the best aspects of this product?

MyCase is an excellent and trustworthy tool where you can keep each file with the utmost security and easy accessibility, which are the qualities that I am looking for in a platform. Our company keeps thousands of case files, so we rely on this software to do its job effectively. Now no more documents get lost or misplaced, and it's all because of MyCase. Plus, it's also a good portal wherein I can freely communicate with my clients at any time of the day. It's something that I would gladly endorse for its functionality and price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that the developers could have waited longer to fix internal bugs before deciding to launch the product. A little more time spent during the testing stage would have resulted in a smooth sailing portal. But despite some minor setbacks, I can say that MyCase has been very helpful in storing files, evidence, and other stuff needed in court.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is one of the best ways to enhance communication with our clients. It keeps me updated wherever I go, so I can always be on top of my game when dealing with various cases.
