PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have noticed the big difference in our practice ever since we started using MyCase for managing things at the office. Everything is well organized. From our scheduled court hearings, correspondence is done right on time, and documents are well arranged for our convenience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing much to dislike about MyCase except that it slows down, but it doesn’t happen that often so I don’t mind. Although there are some ideas that I would like to pitch to help upgrade its current features. It's a good thing that their back-office team takes time to read and respond to suggestions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using MyCase is beneficial to our firm because it keeps all our documents in one centralized storage area where employees can access it anytime. With MyCase, I can say that we are now capable of providing better and faster legal services to our clients.
