What are the best aspects of this product?

It's user-friendly. Once I've subscribed to it, getting all my files in one place was easy to do. I like remotely accessing them wherever I am. I get to access them through my desktop PC and my mobile devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like how templates are being made. Merging documents is difficult. I've tried my best in making templates on my own. So far, I haven't succeeded.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm making use of MyCase in housing my client files. I can do this all in one location. This ensures I have a file backup. I'm also making use of MyCase in invoicing and billing my clients.
